Anyone who wants an intense workout.
These classes are also a great accompaniment to our circus courses, helping to build the fitness to support your circus training.

What you can do
Our unique Conditioning for Circus classes focus on fundamental movement principles and basic acrobatic technique to help increase your strength and fitness.
Each class includes three sections: a warm up, basic skill development and a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout.
(These classes run in a 6 week cycle. Although you’re welcome to drop in whenever you like, we recommend taking them regularly to see the impact of the progressive curriculum.)
When you can do it
Tuesdays at 6.45pm
Price: £10 (full price) / £7 (participants on termly courses)*
*If you are taking a termly course, Circus Fitness classes are available at the specially discounted rate of £7.
* If you have a Circus Fitness Bundle, choose the £10 ticket option and it will be discounted during the booking process.
