A Suit to Travel In - Paul Smith

Circus in suits

Paul Smith’s London Collections: Men AW15 Showcase

The National Centre worked with Aboud Creative to deliver a fashion presentation of A Suit to Travel In - providing casting, director, advice and rehearsal space.

Our graduates and founding members of British circus company Barely Methodical Troupe, Charlie Wheeler, Louis Gift and Beren D'Amico were cast for the jet-setting tour of the Paul Smith campaign. They performed their characteristic combination of b-boying, tricking, and cyr wheel to demonstrate the extraordinary qualities of this Paul Smith innovation.

They were joined at various points in the tour by fellow graduate circus artists Aislinn Mulligan, Michael Standen and Sammi Dinneen.

The performers were featured in an article for the TelegraphTime Out and numerous other fashion and news titles. The launch was held at Hauser & Wirth, London.

View the collection, and the team in action, on Paul Smith's website.

Circus consultancy

Aboud Creative: Ourselves and Paul Smith were thrilled with the outcome today. The guys were brilliant, but the success was also in huge part down to all of your prompt casting decks, info and organisation.
