Introduction to Acrobatics
About
Our Introduction to Acrobatics course is a taster during which you can try out three skills:
Handstands
Acrobatic Balancing
Tumbling
This course is a great starting point for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals of floor-based acrobatics or who aren't sure which skill they wish to focus on. You will exercise your strength, core and upper body whilst learning exciting and dynamic new skills.
Who it's for
Introduction to Acrobatics is suitable for complete beginners and is a great starting point if you want a taste of Acrobatics without committing to a single skill.
Following the Introduction to Acrobatics course you may like to focus on your favourite skill in our courses Handstands 1, Acrobalance 1 or Tumbling 1.
When
Tuesday at 6.30pm - 8pm
Wednesdays at 6.30pm - 8pm
Classes are 1.5 hours including a warm-up and cool down.
