Chinese Pole Beginner
Ideal for complete beginners, participants will be introduced to the foundations of Chinese Pole.
Expect to build on your strength through calisthenics and basic moves on the pole such as climbs, before progressing onto more advanced poses and tricks including resting positions, slides and drops.
Participants should have a good level of overall fitness and upper body strength.

What to wear
You’ll need to wear clothing that covers your arms and legs. A long-sleeved t-shirt with stretchy/fitted jeans (with a belt), leggings or tights would be suitable.
Clothing may get ripped, so please don’t wear your best attire.
Shoes: Please bring along a pair of plimsoles or soft sole trainers. We will provide shoes, but in the case your size is not available you will need to train in your own shoes. If you’d like to purchase your own, we suggest Feiyue brand.
