Chinese Pole (Intermediate/Advanced)

About

Ideal for those who have had experience training Chinese Pole to an intermediate/advanced level.

This short course aims to build on existing technique and repertoire, and is a great way to explore and develop your abilities with more complex, daring and impressive tricks.

Those booking should have a considerable level of overall fitness and former experience training with own body weight.

Who it's for

Those who have had prior experience training Chinese Pole to an intermediate/advanced level, or substantial experience training with own body weight.

What to wear

You’ll need to wear clothing that covers your arms and legs. A long-sleeved t-shirt with stretchy/fitted jeans (with a belt), leggings or tights would be suitable.

Clothing may get ripped, so please don’t wear your best attire.

Shoes: Please bring along a pair of plimsoles or soft sole trainers.  We will provide shoes, but in the case your size is not available you will need to train in your own shoes. If you’d like to purchase your own, we suggest Feiyue brand.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer any courses on our Adult or recreational Youth programmes during Term 1 (September - December 2020).
