Conditioning for Circus
Tuesday evenings. Focus on basic movement principles and acrobatic technique
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Increase strength and develop your handstand.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays. Increase your range of movement with dynamic and static stretching.
Thursday lunchtimes. Based on our Acro 6 course, these classes offer HIIT with an acrobatic twist.
