What you will do
The evolution of fitness training is here. Join us at the National Centre for Circus Arts to find out more about the techniques we use to train high-level circus artists and how you can apply them to your own clients. In this intensive workshop, you’ll learn about balance through tightwire and handstands, find out the neurological benefits of juggling, and try out the flying trapeze. We’ll also explore the creative movement possibilities of acrobatics and Chinese pole. These innovative circus training methodologies will help you take your training to the next level.
