Reporting sexual misconduct, bullying, discrimination and inappropriate behaviour

We strongly encourage all of our community to report any instances of sexual misconduct, bullying,  discrimination, or harassment either that you are personally subject to or that you witness.

This can be done using the form below either by providing us your details or submitting anonymously. Please be aware though, that this will not instigate any part of a formal process or complaint, as we are unable to act on anonymous reports.

However, we also recognise that there may be occasions where you wish to escalate an issue beyond NCCA staff because of a concern around the conduct of the senior management or CEO.  You can contact the Chair of the Audit Committee who is a Trustee of NCCA directly via board@nationalcircus.org.uk and your email will only be seen by the Chair of the Audit Committee. Or you can report anonymously using this form.
