Full description:

We’re excited to offer a full-time, permanent Dispatch Operator position to join our vibrant team in Shoreham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders with strong attention to detail.
• Efficiently process incoming deliveries.
• Pack large wholesale orders onto pallets.
• Replenish stock and conduct stock counting/control.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Process returns.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Hardworking, dedicated, and enthusiastic with a “can-do” attitude.
• Physically fit, as the role involves heavy lifting and moving palletized goods.
• Computer literate and comfortable using relevant systems and software.
• Warehouse experience is not essential, but a passion for circus and aerial arts, along with knowledge of our products, is a significant advantage.

• Starting wage of £13.21 per hour (reviewed annually).
