The Learning and Participation Manager will be an integral member of the Learning and Participation team, committed to delivering the highest standards in Youth Development, Access and Participation/Outreach programmes.
This role will primarily manage the London Youth Circus programme, while also maintaining a good understanding of, and provide support for, other Learning and Participation activities.

Main responsibilities

• Lead on the programming and delivery of Learning and Participation activity to ensure the quality of the learner experience
• Provide pastoral support for participants
• Be the key contact for evaluation and reporting to relevant external partners or regulatory bodies
• Work collaboratively with all National Centre delivery teams
• Manage delegated programme and project budgets
• Ensure adherence to recognised safeguarding standards and the organisation’s Safeguarding Policy.
• Support the National Centre Teaching Team
