Classes and Courses
We run a weekly circus class for autistic and neurodiverse 8 – 11 and 12 – 15 year olds. Click on the course pages below to book.
These classes are specifically designed to help autistic and neurodiverse children and young people develop confidence, coordination and communication skills through circus. Participants don’t need to have a diagnosis – if you know a young person who might enjoy the sessions, they can book. Further details can be found by clicking on the links below, or if you have specific questions you can contact participation@nationalcircus.
Workshop Sessions
We offer workshop taster sessions for schools/centres on a regular basis during term time.
If you have a group who might benefit from trying Sensory Circus first to spark their interest, then we may be able to offer a taster session. We recognise that potential participants may not know if they might enjoy circus, so we could come to your school or community group. This taster could be with just a few children/young people or a whole class/group.
Please contact us for more information.
Class timings FAQ
We are aware that the 4pm start time is difficult for some primary school children to get to on time, so we are happy to discuss potential solutions for getting them to National Centre for Circus Arts, if start times are tricky to meet.
