Looking to improve your strength and flexibility for aerial?

Our Aerial Conditioning and Flexibility class (Drop-in or 6-week course) is a great way to support the development of your aerial skills or to get ready to start aerial!

This class will develop your fitness and enhance your aerial skills. Working out on and off the ground, it will give you the skills needed to gain confidence in the air.

 

What to expect

Using different aerial apparatus, you will gain stamina, strength, improve inversions and technique.

Flexibility exercises will focus on stretching safely and working towards splits and bridges.

 

Who it’s for

This is a mixed level class. It welcomes anyone, and you can progress at your own pace.
