About

Looking to improve your strength and flexibility for aerial? Our Aerial Conditioning and Flexibility class is a great way to support the development of your aerial skills or to get ready to start aerial!

Working out on and off the ground, it will give you the skills needed to gain confidence in the air. Using different aerial apparatus, you will gain stamina, strength, improve inversions and technique. Flexibility exercises will focus on stretching safely and working towards splits and bridges.

Who it’s for

This is a mixed level class. It welcomes anyone, and you can progress at your own pace.

What to wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms, a T-shirt or vest, and clean indoor trainers.

If you are interested in a course that has already started, you may still be able to join at a discounted price! Our current term runs 13 April – 19 July.

Please note, no classes will run from 1 – 7 June and 26 October – 1 November due to the half term.
