About
This course is designed to help you build body awareness, control, and fluidity in movement. You’ll blend ground-based acrobatic skills with elements of dance and other movement techniques. This course offers you the chance to explore new movement pathways, and connect acrobatics with expressive, creative motion. It’s an ideal way to expand your physical vocabulary and deepen your connection to how your body moves.
Who it’s for
This course is open to all levels. The classes will be tailored to suit your ability, with progressions offered for participants at different levels. Prior experience in circus or dance will help you get the most out of this course.
What to wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms, a T-shirt or vest, and clean indoor trainers (or you can go barefoot for the class).
