About
This course is designed to help you develop well rounded active flexibility in legs, hips, back and shoulders. Classes will focus on gaining or further developing skills such as splits, bridges and other flexibility shapes.
Who it’s for
This course is open to all levels. The classes will be tailored to suit your ability, with progressions offered for participants at different levels.
What to wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms, a T-shirt or vest, and clean indoor trainers (or you can go barefoot for the class).
Course information
Please note, no classes will run from 16 – 22 February due to the half term.
