About
This course is suitable for participants of all levels aiming to develop body awareness and control with blending ground based acrobatics skills together with other forms of movement and dance technique.Â
Who’s it for
This course is open to all levels. The classes will be tailored to suit your ability, with progressions offered for participants at different levels.
Prior experience in circus or dance will help you get the most out of this course.
