About

Tumbling is the most dynamic of our Acrobatic disciplines – a fun and challenging course that is also a great way to develop all-round fitness and coordination. This floor-based activity involves multi-directional movement like forward and backward rolls, with the added excitement of trampettes and vaults to add height.  Expect flips, twists, and dynamic sequences that build strength, agility, and confidence.

Who it’s for

This course is the place to start if you have no or limited experience of circus, but want to learn from the basics, as well as developing your fitness and helping you gain confidence on specialist circus equipment. Once our teachers feel that a student is ready, you will be able to progress to Level 2.

If you have experience and would like to start training at the National Centre on a more advanced level course, you can book an Acrobatic Assessment.

What to wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms, a T-shirt or vest, and clean indoor trainers.

Please note, no classes will run from 16 – 22 February due to the half term.
