Learning and Participation Manager

Closing Date – Sunday 16th July 12pm.

Salary: ​​​£28,000 (pro rata)

The Learning and Participation Manager will work as part of the Learning and Participation (L&P) team and wider Professional Development Strand to ensure the highest standard of Youth Development and Outreach provision is delivered.

Whilst working within the team, the role also will focus on the management of the circus Centre for Advanced Training (CAT) Programme.

Main responsibilities

  • Management and delivery of the CAT scheme, including maintaining and developing relationships with partner CAT schools and regional circus schools
  • Liaising with students, developing training plans and design and deliver intensive training opportunities
  • Work within the L&P team and wider Professional Development strand to ensure continuity of the learner experience across programmes
  • Manage delegated programme budget
  • Manage data collection, records and evaluation for reporting to relevant stakeholders within specified timelines
  • Maintain a functional, effective and supportive relationship with NCCA’s Teaching Team

Salary: ​​​£28,000 (pro rata)

Holiday Entitlement: ​30 days paid holiday per annum, inclusive of eight Statutory Bank Holidays, increasing by one day for each year of service from 1st September up to a maximum of 35 days per annum.

Hours: ​​​28 hours per week.
