London Youth Circus
Coronavirus update
Guidelines from the Government are changing rapidly and we are having to change our provision based on the restrictions.
As of 5th January 2021 the Government has issued another national lockdown with all education settings closing until at least half term.
Due to this, the London Youth Circus will not be able to provide onsite training and will instead be running online classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays.
Who it's for
Young people aged 11-21 years who are interested in taking their circus skills further through progressive and focused training. We take students based on future potential as well as existing experience. Several of our Diploma and BA Hons students have come through the London Youth Circus.
What training is available
Based on the Government guidelines and restrictions we will either provide onsite or online activities.
Where restrictions mean that training can NOT take place onsite, an online programme of activities will be available to LYC students. Taking part in these is not compulsory although we urge all students to do so to maintain their training during this period.
Our LYC families will be updated via email by the Participation Team regularly.
For further information on the timetable change and what this means for your current LYC student, please contact participation@nationalcircus.org.uk
