This playful and accessible workshop will introduce you to the unique world of foot juggling with Helena Berry, who will guide you through the basics of foot juggling technique, how to balance, throw, and catch balls using mainly your feet.
Who it’s for?
This workshop is perfect for movers, jugglers, and anyone curious to explore a new skill from the ground up. No prior foot juggling experience is necessary, just a willingness to give it a go!
What to wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms, a T-shirt or vest, and clean indoor trainers. You can also be barefoot for the class (no socks please).
