About
Our Introduction to Aerial course is a taster during which you can try out four aerial skills:
- Static Trapeze
- Flying Trapeze
- Rope
- Silks
If you want to continue in the following term you might like to move on to one of our level 1 skills classes Rope 1, Silks 1, Static Trapeze 1 or Flying Trapeze 1 where you can focus on learning a single aerial skill.
Who it’s for
This is the place to start if you have no experience of circus, and always wanted to try aerial, but don’t yet know which discipline. You have the chance to try a range of aerial skills and learn some of the basics, as well as developing your fitness and helping you gain confidence on specialist circus equipment. You will exercise your strength, core and upper body whilst learning exciting and dynamic new skills.
