About
Our Introduction to Aerial course allows you to try out four different aerial skills.
- Flying Trapeze
- Static Trapeze
- Rope
- Silks
You will exercise your strength, core and upper body whilst learning exciting and dynamic new skills. After Introduction to Aerial, you might like to move on to one of our beginner classes focusing on a single aerial skill: Rope Level 1, Silks Level 1, Static Trapeze Level 1 or Flying Trapeze Level 1.
Who it’s for
This course is the place to start if you have no or limited experience of circus, but want to learn from the basics, as well as developing your fitness and helping you gain confidence on specialist circus equipment.
What to wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms, a T-shirt or vest, and clean indoor trainers.
Course Information
Please note, no classes will run from 1 – 7 June due to the half term.
Term 1 runs from 7 September – 13 December.
Please note, no classes will run from 24 – 30 October due to the half term.
Additionally, the building will be closed on the following dates due to hires:
Wednesday 23 – Monday 28 September
Tuesday 13 – Wednesday 14 October
Tuesday 8 – Thursday 10 December
