Are you ready to soar but not sure where to start? Our Try Fly class is the perfect introduction to the exhilarating world of Flying Trapeze. Designed especially for beginners, this one-off class allows you to experience the thrill of flying through the airâitâs an incredible full-body workout, thatâs as exhilarating as it is rewarding!
Safety First
We know that trying something new can feel a little daunting, especially when it involves heights. Thatâs why our setup, known as âpetit volant,â is designed with your safety in mind. Youâll be securely harnessed throughout the experience, allowing you to focus on having fun and building confidence.
Who it’s for?
You donât need to be an athlete to enjoy Flying Trapeze, but a bit of strength is helpful. If you can hold your body weight for at least 20 seconds, youâre ready to fly with us! Our expert instructors will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel supported and confident.
What to wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms, a T-shirt or vest, and clean indoor trainers. For aerial classes, clothing that covers the limbs (like long sleeves and leggings) is advised.
