About
The aerial hoop (also known as the lyra, aerial ring or cerceau/cerceaux) is a circular steel apparatus suspended from the ceiling, on which circus artists may perform aerial acrobatics. It can be used static, spinning, or swinging.
This is the first time we have provided an Aerial Hoop course at Level 1. It is the place to start if you have no experience of circus, but wanted to learn Aerial Hoop from the absolute basics, as well as developing your fitness, and helping you to gain confidence on specialist circus equipment.
Once the teachers feel that the student is ready, they will be able to progress to Level 2.
